Recipe drops are a bit different from the other drops when you view them on your card. If the recipe is black, it means you have never picked up a recipe from that anvil tab. If your recipe is lit up it means you have found one from that anvil tab, lucky you! However, if you learn a recipe, that specific recipe will no longer be displayed at all on that monsters card.

Nah, its like it'll work for a minute or two, and eventually he'll just get bored and stand there until stuff respawns manually or he'll randomly startup again after 10sec or so doing nothing.

Like the map is clear, but instead of casting raise dead to keep the loop rolling he just stands there. Nothing is alive, raise dead is available, but homie just chills until he's ready to roll again 😂

what happens is your bubo will select the talent on autoattack, get locked into it, and wait for a monster that it can target. until that happens, it won't cast anything else

flombeiges are worse than citringes. you can't reach all of them with auspicious aura on one ledge so you have to use poison gas for that and it's slower to spread poison at that map again because higher ledges block canisters from reaching lower ones, and also poison gas attacks slower so even if you're one-shotting them you're still killing at a lower rate

np, this is one of those "it's a secret to everybody" things that only gets passed on in discussions which is weird and unhelpful

also in case you weren't updated on this other open secret, for active bubo / cc farming it's best to equip them with stingers (highest level all-class boxing gloves), boost them with w6 upgrade stones. the melee range causes your bubo to run up into enemies' faces and auspicious aura only casts on auto when enemies are in melee range.

the godshard wand (godcaster magnifique? or something, I would check the wiki but it just got nuked because the owners are sad that their asses haven't been kissed for a week) will replace your stingers but it's the most endgame mage weapon at this point, in the meantime the damage reduction from stingers isn't too bad because if you're ready to cc farm, you're probably at a point where weapon power doesn't add much to your damage anyway

the very short version is that active pirate is only good for farming plunderous mobs to get that passive drop rate + damage multiplier, DK and ES are both good active choices for drops but from different bags

ES has an additive boost to drop rate based on the number of wormhole mobs you kill, but it only affects wormhole mobs and can't spawn crystal mobs, also the wormhole mobs get progressively tankier as you kill them

DK applies a drop + active exp boost to itself that then applies to all monsters on the map including crystals, but the divine orb score doesn't affect drop rate directly, instead each +1 on the orb gives a +1% chance to roll each potential drop *another time

1-100: chance to roll the drop a 2nd time (guaranteed at 100)
101-200: chance to roll the drop a 3rd time (guaranteed at 200)
etc

what about the pirate, how does the plunderous mob thing work

you have a very low chance (i think 1 in 100 before Vman eclipse talent boost) to spawn a plunderous mob. then when it does spawn only that 1 mob has the boosted drop + exp rewards. After that you have a 30+ second buff (while pirate flag is also active) that makes all monsters drop skull coins and every time you loot a skull coin, you instantly respawn a normal monster on the map until the map's at its maximum

skull coins that go past the maximum are saved and instantly used to respawn monsters once the map is under its limit again

there's a pity system where if you don't spawn a plunderous mob after X kills (pretty unforgiving number though, might have been >50) then the next monster that you kill will automatically make a plunderous mob spawn

Naw thats fine. Just keep pushing crop unlocks and day market to ‘reasonable’ amounts. Early on it’ll be around ~200-300 range (except for extra plots, prob push until you get peanut which is a 1k unlock). You should be able to get around 50-75% of the recommended day market levels for 120 crops by time you are able to get land ranks

Royal Sampler can doubler your samples early on and has an additive xp loss as well
Midas gives you free drop rate if you can still kill the enemy afterwards ´
And so on. Very strong and definitely don't neglect them

also this might be another one of those open secret / broken stair things but i paid attention for once when trying to active farm and it looks like some of the bonuses are applied to the steam version of the game but not mobile. with DK on divine orb I could never get anything better than the purple coins while playing mobile but even without divine orb stacked i was getting black ones half the time on PC at the same map

don't use the time from 1400-1500 or even 1400 to anything <2000 as any indicator of how long it'll take. the last 100 takes the longest. to borrow from bjorn/rs3, 92 is only halfway to 99 or in this case 2000 is only halfway to 2100
