the only thing that matters for cogs is the highest con level you have. Where that character is doesn't matter one bit

I get like 7 or 8 cogs per tick without my DKs, and 9 per tick with my DKs so I never remove them from the board anymore

1 in 88 mobs will spawn a Giant Mode. That gives 4 gems (iirc) + candies after that the odds will be lower. Odds reset every weekly reset so it's nice to active farm weekly

I just unlocked sovereign artifacts. First few islands were easy to get, but I'm focusing on Fury now. Is it true that I'm seeing 0.01% odds?
Yes, this is very typical. Up through Stormy North Island (lightning treasure), the sovereign odds are pretty bearable. Starting from Snow South (snowman treasure), the odds drop considerably. You will need to get comfortable farming days/weeks on end at <0.05% find odds.
Be warned that seeing 0.01% odds doesn't actually mean you are at 0.01% find chance. 0.01 is simply the lowest displayed odds whereas your actual odds might be much lower.
New artifact find sources in W6 are: turtle vial (52% before vial mastery), killroy prime (dependent on how many skulls you spend), sneaking pristine charm (1.4x), Ender Captains unlock through Jade Emporium (1.25x/captain), and Artifact Attraction lab node unlock through Jade Emporium (1.5x).
