Bubo eventually takes over as best active map pusher, and DK is second or third depending on the map layout.

The thing with ES active combat is that the AoE, and therefore the mob respawn, is finicky if you don't have the damage to sustain Wormhole mob kills

Sailing is primarily a numbers game.

Spread Golden Hampter Gummies evenly between all characters to more reliably get sailing gains from AFK, speeding up the process
