It’s kinda different for each world. W4 both squire or es are fine. W5 es is best. W6 portals require you to push with multiple characters so there not really a “main” but you will mostly be using es(mat farming) or dk (rare drops) there’s also arguments for replacing sb with es

2️⃣ Aim to keep the loot pile capacity greater than your ship count so you can claim two entire cycles at once without waste.
3️⃣ Mob respawn will help afk kills in W5.
4️⃣ Total all stats will slightly improve most things. Don't buy it if you don't have the star talent points to use it.
5️⃣ Tab 4 talent points can be scarce but you only get 3 per purchase and there are a lot of other ways to get them including class lvls, skill lvls and the alchemy bubbles.
⚛️ The Atom Collider is the last building on the top row of construction requiring Nullo Salt and 10s of millions of resources to use. The discount should be bought before you start buying atom upgrades.
⚔️ The last boss recipe is The Divine Scarf which is among the best items in the game and reasonably easy to craft. This recipe should be gotten as soon as the task of beating nightmare Kruk on all characters can be completed. Earlier recipes are for armor and weapons most of which gives mob respawn significantly improving kills per hour. Get these if you can afford to craft them.

1️⃣ W5 skill XP will speed up the divinity grind since it helps unlock stronger styles faster.
2️⃣ Aim to keep the loot pile capacity greater than your ship count so you can claim two entire cycles at once without waste.
3️⃣ Mob respawn will help afk kills in W5.
4️⃣ Total all stats will slightly improve most things. Don't buy it if you don't have the star talent points to use it.
5️⃣ Tab 4 talent points can be scarce but you only get 3 per purchase and there are a lot of other ways to get them including class lvls, skill lvls and the alchemy bubbles.
⚛️ The Atom Collider is the last building on the top row of construction requiring Nullo Salt and 10s of millions of resources to use. The discount should be bought before you start buying atom upgrades.
⚔️ The last boss recipe is The Divine Scarf which is among the best items in the game and reasonably easy to craft. This recipe should be gotten as soon as the task of beating nightmare Kruk on all characters can be completed. Activate Ktisune ( Cat Rock ) if you haven't yet. The increased speed is 1000% more worth than the bits you get from having it deactivated

Try for mutations relatively often instead of waiting for 100% chance. I don't have any actual info on the blossom chance anymore so the next numbers are estimates -> It's better to roll 25 times at a 1% chance than one time at 10%

Sailing has two Artifacts that can greatly increase your bit gain. You already got the suggestion do get easy slab items

The first Superbit increases your Bit gain by 1.03x (or 3%) for every Achievements. 27 Achievements therefore double your bit gain and that shouldn't be underestimated. Get every achievement that you might have neglected

Try to advance in Equinox. There is an Equinox upgrade that increases your possible nugget for each nugget that's not an improvement. With this you can guarantee high nuggets over time and it's needed to get into the gaming "lategame"

Each new mutation / plant you get is also a nice increase, since you get free Log book entries

Edit: Also always increase your base value (fertlizer tab, left most upgrade) when you can
