You arent going to get any meaningful progress in cooking outside of ladles - if you are, means you arent ladleing your low requirement meals - just use dr or bag cap so you can afk safer for longer

If your fury chance is low, your lantern chance is even worse. Don’t be fooled by higher odds - its just adding up 4 rounded 0.01 to 0.04 its not 0.04 per lantern

What would you do outside of lab is a better question so you can figure out if there's stuff worth focusing people on besides the lab.
You will need 2100 lab at some point. You should definitely consider having people at 75 lab (to unlock all chip slots) before really wanting to pull them out - it's a relatively easy/quick benchmark, esp if you're already at 9 gods unlocked.

Are you in w6 yet? If you are, the game is a lot more open in what you want to focus on / back track / prog in and there isn't necessarily a "super meta" way besides doing things completely against the grain.

if you have meals that require <5 ladles to get next level - you are only hurting yourself in the long run. using ladles to get more meal levels -> stronger bone marrow -> faster cooking speed -> better meals is a cyclical process that you need to keep feeding. the equinox challenge should never be a reason to have meals sitting w/o leveling if they have low requirements

Don't farm statues with 2x DR and no choco and you are probably not doing anything super wrong. But if you want to ask a question (such as what I just stated), that's a good question we can give advice on.

When I was a very rushed w6, I had to do a lot of stuff on active DK or active ES or active bubo, so there wasn't a real point in me having 8 chars out of lab. There just wasn't a ton to gain from it.

Suggested is 12x DR. 10-12x DR is 'easily' achievable. I farmed my w1/2 statues w/o choco though. I started around 8x DR but ended up at the ~12x DR by the time I finished my w1 statues because I was working on obols, etc. etc.

TBH you need to just walk through auto review (like edvin suggested). Your account is just broken in every possible way. Your account is sitting "Mid W3" excluding achievements and I'm honestly surprised it has put you there. You're lacking in so many different areas...

Here's a quick IE auto review of homepage and w1-3.
Go pick up your boss keys. You've left them there longer than the 3 day cap.
You should've left an ES and DK free on amarok so you can greenstack the dog bones later, but this isn't a big deal.
You should get everyone to generate your efaunt keys and chiz keys. Also worth trying to unlock the ez-access so you can stay on top of these.
You have 48 books - go spend them all. They gen faster with less books in the library, you need to stay on top of these until you hit the 1k checkout achieve (w3) - then you can stick to almost exclusively max book checkouts if you want. Either way, going above ~30 unless you have insane speeds is bad.

W1:
Stamps - you have <2k total. You should be 3.5K by now just from hitting w6. You have a ton of level 2 and 3 stamps. Go burn through all of your bank just upgrading stamps. You have quite a few stamps missing that should be free. Go get multitool stamp (needs lv50 div) since you already have 9 gods unlocked
Forge - throw ore into every slot pls. none of these should be empty by the time you hit w6, even if they are just copper or anything you don't need. I'd recommend throwing in void ore if you really have no clue what to do with them so your nullo salts aren't blocked later.
Anvil - you have enough mats to push everyone basically all the way through the w2 mob mat points. Go farm the 100k sand and 100k crabcakes needed and get everyone all the mob mats up thorugh w2 (and time to consider buying out the anvil pts for gold on everyone). This will greatly improve anvil production items.

Alchemy is just bad. How do you have w5 orange/yellow basically done but you haven't even finished w2 purple bubbles and barely into w3 green bubbles? A lot of your bubbles are also insanely low. How is orange bub2 lv88 but your oj/grn/purp bub1 all <30? what are you doing here?
Vials - you have all of w4/5 to unlock. get to it - chop chop...
Sigils - get off of them until your w1-6 bubbles are unlocked.

• 3d printer... what is happening? You have 1-2 samples on most people. Your gmush sample on non-vman should not be higher than all of your skilling resource samples... You should at the very least grab the 4 easiest mats for everyone's main skiller. use BM to sample mob mats needed for refinery upkeep, same for Vman until you're ready to speedrun for vial mats.
  Refinery - your salts are fine, turn orange off 0% and go pull the load until your red is a bit higher. Let your green stay on 0%, you'll need it to continue to rank up
  Salt lick - continue focusing maxing out salts, these are the most important upgrades to do.
  Buildings - focus cost cruncher, and trapper drone the rest of it is honestly not too bad.
  Worship - get everyone better skulls and continue to use their charge on their own.

Based off your IE:
You're wearing only CDR cards. You need to wear DR cards as well to boost actual DR. You have the 0/88 in DR weekly boss talent. This should be maxed and you should be following the guide to give you 5 skulls (or as close as possible) because that's free.99 DR (realistically like +60% DR with 88 and 5 wins, IDK what you get)
Start working on PO boxes. You'll want to max the drop rate box (+39% DR)

Trying to get more zow kills to kill the w5 boss but I noticed in idleon efficiency it lists the same mobs multiple times like the (nutto's) from the hallowed trunk and also the (nuttos) from "the base of the bark" map should I get 100k on each map or does it not matter

Zows/chows are map-based, not mob-based. You can check your afk rates on those other maps, but you'll probably just want to wait until your mk is higher

Depending on how much damage you're currently at with BB, it may be faster to swap to ES/DK to w5 boss though

zone into the map with all your card drop rate cards equipped, then take them all off and put drop rate cards on, it keeps your increased chance of card drop from the card drop cards because it only checks it when you load into a map

so if you do that then swap em with drop rate cards, you get an even higher chance to get them
