As for sailing, you can buy slots with gold, regardless of level. Level 5 in sailing merely gives you 2 captains on offer to buy daily.

ES levels very easily actively since wormhole gives increased xp and dr.

generally - most people will need to do a lot of micromanagement to get this early on since you likely have low talent library cap. a few things to note:
a) start at bottom and place your statue there - when statue is off CD, go back and replace on bottom platform
b) when you clear a platform, click to move to the next platform - this will save you like ~1 second each time so the AI doesn't have to register it needs to move

Chief imma be real with you. My chars were lvl 100 when I was pushing with ES. ES ended up lvl 300 by the time I was able to enter W6. It is very much normal.

You hit W6 and then your chars can go from lvl 100 to 250 in like half an hour each.

depends on what you're looking for. can easily push an SB to ladybug or bubo/es to first tree just to sample. Can also push everyone to 2nd map for sneaking quest (gives you speed ups + gold food tix)
