nmlb - yes you can manipulate, but i wouldn't give it same level of micromanagement as bubbles cause its fairly easy to max out - even with minimal/low effort

easiest way to explain it is like this: game will recast 'buff' skills if the timer has <5 seconds. maybe you've seen a post similar to ace's here #endgame-gen-chat message that setup 'breakpoints'. this is some sweaty gameplay to min-max orb but you do you.
the reason it doesn't matter at 315+ is that the orb lasts 156 seconds at 315. this means, even if you don't have mana box leveled, you'd get 1 more second of the orb than you would at base - even with the cast clipping prior orb.
reason why none of us truly believe you are getting worse orb over large number of samples, is that a 323 orb lasts 159 seconds so even with clipping w/o mana box you'd have 4+ seconds than you would with a non-clipped, non-mana box orb.

If you have tranqi (and at least one char at lvl 50 div), you should be fine to swap off goat and divinity in general. The other gods are more niche + require atoms to upgrade.

You should try if possible to still unlock Purrmep.

Already done and you honestly don't get that many keys. Only stilted drop them and it's 1/15k drop chance whereas with portal you get literally like hundreds/thousands of zaps per mat

When I finally stopped goat, I moved a majority to elephant leaving them in lab (the prog in every other system was a HUGE boost to me). Arctis on vman and BB (cooking) for sure. Then I threw arctis on whoever might need it (DK farming, bubo for CC wurms, if people are pushing w6).
But I have all w6 lab nodes unlocked so I need at least 9 (i think really 10) to have them all lit up rn 😦 so I'm addicted to arctis
