Kraken gets 1 B, then rest A
Single lightning setup is all B for crit chance to Poison/Boulder. Multi lightning setups usually get 5 total Bs for 100% crit, then rest A.
Poison is ABAB, then all B.
Boulders hits extra enemies.
Parties at that point probably all go into Speed.

Meteor is unreliable at best but between casting radiant bolt and triggering off autos you should be full clearing whatever map in a similar speed.
I think meteor will help your clear a bit but saves a ton of desync if you have it off

Understand that DN count includes MK, KPK, and other multis which aren't accounted for when you go for loot. Loot is based on base kills so you have to factor all those out. Generally, a good comparison is to look at the number of Royal Urn drops you have. On average, most get it around 1K urns collected (or roughly 1B DN kills if you insist on using this count as a measure).
