Prayers you can push TDs to speed up souls. Vials you can work on resampling, but really vials should be easy (just unlock a lot more).
Equinox you can actively be working future dreams or you can active some of them such as dungeon clears or 20 GS (go stick an ES to mob mat farm whatever you can't 3d print to 10m easily).

There's a ton of account prog you can do to boost any "time gated" activity

Ok @rustic sundial one last big thing you can do active for the list - card farming. Go get stache, snelbie, and gigafrog to 4* since these are your CARD DROP RATE cards. Focus stache first since it gives you the most +% per rank. Then go back and farm your drop rate cards. Then work on crystal mob spawn cards (poop and demon genie).
These are huge when you kill minibosses for cards or drops, using vman to do boss runs, etc.

• Make sure you have a card set and second star sign selected on all characters, spend your PO Boxes
• Construction - Stop building Atom Collider, build anything else instead (Cost Cruncher is good)

Things to work on

• Getting Maestro to rank 1 in your W1-3 gathering skills
• Finishing your World 1 and 3 merits, you've got hemoglobin levels and library talent levels waiting to get
• Cards - Don't forget to do your Dr. Def every day to get cards, see if you can get 2 star c.Amarok, as well
• Alchemy - work on getting bubbles 18 for green/purple cauldron as those will help with samples.
• Cooking - now that you ahve Diamond Chef unlocked, work on pushing your meals up to level 11. You can start with speed ones or just go in order
• Stamps - aim for 2.5k total stamp levels for now, work on skilling ones, resample, then damage ones as needed. Same with alch

Things to look at

• If you're going to print oak logs, go resample (it's currently below bleach??)
• Worship - Make sure you're using worship charge on all your characters, not just your ES. This should be easier once you unlock the MSA from Automation Arm level 3
• Anvil - with ES unlocked (and farming for VMan) you should be able to buy points for materials for W1-3, try and do this on all characters
