You'd have to see where you get the highest AFK kills I think. You won't be relying on crystal mobs since you don't get them AFK (I don't think). You'll be relying purely on rare loot bags. So g.hampters drop in teh first and last batch.
Suggma - Stiltmole have it. Stiltmole has 1/271 rare drop and then 1/159 g.hampter or 1/43089 g.hampter drop rate. This is the highest rate at stiltmole (suggma have lower rate to drop rare bag)
crawlers and tremor wurm have it too. Wurms have 1/286 rare bag then 1/121 g.hampter or 1/34606. Based off the mob density, I'd assume tremor wurm gives you the best rate (esp since you get kruk keys too) but you'll need t o poke around.

TL;DR: non-active farming g hampters is pretty worthless.
