If it's prio'd over the others, then in theory even at a cap of 10 you would have one bubble guaranteed to be a random one, and 9x15% chance for a second (or more!) each day

If your minimum bubble is 300 or less, take Bubble Broth(er ) 2nd no questions asked.

If you're like me with min level 550 bubbles, that extra difference is pretty darn small to the point that even 1% increase of Voter Rights via Equinox could be more worthwhile. Most people asking this question fall into the first group that probably wants Bubble Broth second.

When you push at breakneck speeds, you tend to not be kill capping AFK which means new maps actually give less EXP and Gold per hour than a previous map would. Speeding up portal kills artifically makes you run into that problem more often

Only real reason to Need sov Fury or max summoning is getting the last tier of Voidwalker's Enhancement Eclipse at 250, since you can't get there with +to all talent levels.

If not - highly recommend looking up afterlife guide. It'll take a few days for stuff to evolve/build up/etc. but that should basically carry you through most of the game until oblivion where you need to work on every other system and cards

I haven't seen people mention it, but there's a lot of optimization you can do in gaming in regards to your import placements. Since plants can't grow within a certain radius of an import, you can compact the space where the plants can grow by spacing out your imports - this means more plants get hit by a cactus on average.

If people have looked into optimizing it, I'm sure there are better layouts than I have, but I'm slowly pushing my import wall to the right until plants spawn to the left of the wall, then moving back until they stop spawning. This is how far I've gotten them so far:
