You need the ~20k hp to live through a 1 shot by the crystal mobs that spawn. If you're 1 shotting wurms with aura, then hemogoblin should heal you to 100% after any hits that happen. So still go throw on a big red pot

Ok so sailing you can't do too much about except let it prog. I mean maybe ask for some specific help if you think you've goofed hard, but that's a timegated play. Let's move on to early-w5. Everything here can be actively achieved.
Smithing - take your ES to farm first half of w2 mobs for anvil points.
Death Note - work on getting higher tier skulls (this'll also come with farming mobs for anvil pt parts) so you can farm everything easier in the future.
Your worship is a little rough. Stop siphoning on your ES and go level up your 10th char. You have half ytour chars at 95%+ charge. Go tap some juice outta the MSA!

Void is doable. Lustre starts requiring salts so if you have green salts to burn then you're doing enough right to keep your refinery going well.
