Welcome in, btw
If you haven't yet, go ahead and check out the 2nd 📌 for some info on W5 boss and a link to a div guide. It's going to be a bit of a timegate in the beginning. If you have gems to spare, picking up the golden sprinkler and at least one div spark is worth it

Go ahead and move your shrines to W5 town as you'll be there for a while
Once you get your div rolling (bear unlocked), then I'd start with

• Maestro rank 1 in W1-2 gathering skills so that Right Hand applies to all characters, then you can
• Resample, focus on things for first bubble (wis/agi) and then large skilling bubbles. Also refinery materials.

Next I'd also look at

• Alchemy - aim for 18th bubble across all cauldrons, in the first three, 17 is a good multiplier, 18 is good for skilling. In Yellow, 18 is Diamond Chef, which means
• Cooking - aim for level 11 across all meals. Focus on Egg, Corndog, Cabbage for now. Unlock 7 meals that you have spices for.

I'd then consider

• Dungeons - you have 20 talent points you can get from flurbo upgrades, as well as accuracy (unsure how your owl/roo are looking, too)
• Merits - make sure you finish off W3 book levels and W2 arcade balls
• Worship - W3 TD, keep pushing boulder and try to get any level saved on TD so you can start farming blue souls

You just upgrade the boats with gold for a start and that leads to more treasures until you can trade treasures for gold and then it just sorta snowballs, but early on you'll have more gold than treasures naturally.

You're missing some pretty easy stamps.
Go max your forge upgrades.
Go farm monster mats for anvil pts. Also upgrade all your noobs that you already have the ones for. Pushing through w2 should be ezpz if you just rushed and hit w6. Pushing through w3 is slower, but still easy and honestly w4 aint bad.

Your bubble levels are honestly pretty horrific and I'm surprised you got to w6. How are your main stats (orange/green/purple) so low? And with bubble 2 which gives you a multiplier.
You're missing a ton of vials. Go unlock your vials and at least t4 them for bubo dmg.
Ignore sigils for now.
Go get your bubbles.
Max P2W tab.

Get 3D printer tier 10. You have 10 chars. Make this tier 10.
Get your last two shrines opened.
Max red salt lick bonus.
Get samples on player 9 & 10.
Vman should do your big monster samples (spore cap, frog horn, pile of sand, etc.) for keeping refinery alive. Go resample those in speed run and let your other chars do what they specialize in.
Did you neglect shrines? Or are they just low?
Go level your prayers. Skilled Dimwit should be way higher than 4 by now.
Start working on Clash of Cans so you can get Balance of Pain for your ES / mob mat farming.
Go set your 10th char's traps. They're all empty.

You will want to lab camp at some point to get everyone at least lv75 for chip slots, but also so bear (from Doot) can get you on al lthe nodes
You have skill mastery unlocked in rift. Go make all your cards passive. Push a lil more if you want for higher skill eff, print output, etc.
Div camp (from goat on lab) will let you unlock gods eventually so you can start boosting their blessing levels.

Things to prio

• Skill mastery - getting w1-3 gathering skills to 300 for passive cards is huge for sample as it opens up spots for skill eff, skill afk, and all stat%. You have equinox fishing unlocked, use that to boost fishing, can use balloons/candy for others
• Anvil points - both mats and coins, W1-3 mats should be very simple to farm with ES and will help you getting greenstacks and overall deathnote progress as well

Other things to look at

• Equinox - you should be able to finish the refinery cloud now and 20 GS pretty soon, keep completing challenges asap so you aren't wasting bar fill rate
• Div - you may want to swap styles on lab people over to Focus in order to unlock Purrmep as quickly as possible, this is the only god you need to link to with Doot. You may also want to keep one person on Chakra until Vitalic to push them to level 50 faster to unlock the Multitool stamp
• Cooking - if you're getting less than 1k ladles/day, take your BB out of the kitchen and work on something else, most likely chows
• Vman talents - you can snapshot the talent point increases on other classes (typically you want to book VMan's skills, too). Allocate points on VMan, spend points on both presets on other characters, reset points on VMan
• Work on all your merits, unlock troll armor and start farming materials for it as that's the base for all current gear

the health upgrades are important later on as there is an upgrade in cyan which becomes one of the biggest damage scaling buffs which is based on # of upgrades bought in multiples of 100. so on its own - its not very good after the first half of summoning fights or so, - but it becomes important later

but yeah, keep your hp at +1 over their damage while you can - i don't recall exactly once that became impossible to do - but you sohuld be able to tell by speed of your upgrades

Perhaps saying 10k is high, but i distinctly recall being able to match enemy power/my hp at around at least the 5k range. Maybe its because I knew summoning could be an rng fiesta that I didn't care to push it as quickly as some others do and let my essence gain constantly develop over time. But I can't really speak much further as I didn't record my fights to have a true accurate gauge
