Another thing to remember for the slightly more long term is P2W tab's player alch speed + alch exp.

Players get more exp by being in liquid cauldrons so while my highest level bubo is alch 95 which means I get the alch 95 bonus brew speed applied to my lower level characters in bubble cauldrons meaning they get more speed than they normally would.

Can someone tell me why everyone recommends speed pots for AFK farming? Im slotting them in and nothing seems to change

think of it like this. afk "simulates" you on the map. walking between mobs, taking damage if your def is low, but no skill use but approximated through a % based on your leveled skill.

your MS if not capped - will increase the time you would be spending killing on mobs cause you spend more time "walking" to next one.

1️⃣ Buy one point of spice spillage. This gives you up to a 20% chance to claim all your spices when claiming over an hour of afk gains. Since spices generate more slowly the more you have produced since last claim this will improve spice production.
2️⃣ Having more bubbles get upgraded each day will help a lot, especially when combined with buffs giving more levels per bubble. Only buy this if you can reach the No Bubble Left Behind node in the lab.
3️⃣ Egg capacity is limited and every time the hatchery fills up eggs are wasted until you unlock the rarity upgrade. Also helps you get two achievements with good rewards requiring egg capacity.
4️⃣ Allows you to connect to lab bonuses from slightly farther away which can reduce the number of characters needed in the lab. Note that the max distance between characters, which is called line width, doesn't increase.
5️⃣ Improves kills per hour in W4 but since you likely won't be pushing W4 portals for long this is relatively low priority.
6️⃣ Max level spice spillage triggers every time. They are lower priority since it takes a lot of star talent points and is likely to trigger several times in a row when checking multiple characters.
7️⃣ 3 crystal mobs per day is very little.
Unlocks the recipes for troll armor giving all stat% and the base for all further armor upgrades. It is great but require plenty of Nullo Salt. Don't buy it if you can't craft them.

my ES has some better gear (void chest) and 10 levels lower and does around 8mil max so i'm not sure what's happening with this guy

ES damage is much easier to start up due the stamp talent, compared to DK's refinery talent

Alch, stamps, cards, starsigns, po box, equinox, meals, sailing artifacts, divinities, W1 owl, W2 kangaroo, dungeon flurbos, and levels/talents are all sources of damage

Yeah, gear's relatively fine, if you can get chiz helm/chest that'd help a bit but not a deal breaker. A lot of it just small incremental upgrades from everything I mentioned and maybe some other things

Your lowest 2 sections are bubbles and stamps. You can then click on the link to hop down to that section to see what I'm recommending you do. For bubbles, it would be completing the requirements for Tier 1 (since Pinchy says 0 > 1), which is specifically completed by leveling up these particular bubbles.

you plug in your performance on a fight (from your fflogs parse) and it tells you what was sub-optimal in your performance. it's really aggressive with how some things are worded and calls out EVERY small issue because it's meant for minmaxing but it is very helpful to see where you can improve
