All towers placed towards the back, under and on the top platform. Bring Hunter if possible.

Towers at the bottom are (from left to right) 1 void, 1 ice, 3 boulders, optionally a 4th boulder or 2nd ice, 1-2 krakens. Top platform is for 5-7 party starters, 2-3 lightning towers.

Start with 1 ice and 3 boulders, add void when affordable. Get a few levels in boulders to get a decent damage baseline (you should be one to two shotting early zoomos), then start working on about 3 or so party starters. If your defense holds, start saving up for the first kraken, otherwise buff your existing defense with more boulder levels and party starter traits. Then get 5 party starters, the second kraken, start adding lightning towers and more parties if you end up affording them.

Priority in leveling is level 5 boulders, level 5 party, level 5 ice, level 10 party, doesn't matter too much beyond that.

Traits: Boulder BB, Ice AB, 5 Parties AA, everything else B, Kraken A(B if you reach level 10), Void B, lightning BB or BA (up to a max of 5 Bs).

Ultimately though, don't be afraid to experiment, I kinda yolo my runs so it's likely you could make improvements. Also don't be afraid to buy and sell extra towers, I find getting a 4th boulder helps early, but it doesn't do much later on. Remember to use your Hunter skills if things get tight, it can often save a run.

This is the reddit suggestion but my photo. I did 3 boulders + ice + void at start. upgrade boulders or else you take early dmg hit like me. Then 3x party starters to lv5, then kraken, then boulders ice void to lv5. Then party starters 4 and 5 to lvl5, second kraken (both to lvl 5), then party starters 1-4 to lv10. then ice to 10 and boulders to 8

eventually you'll have more talent points than you know what to do with. the multipliers, and scaling vectors you want go beyond just whats' on your talent page
