for regular gathering skills - once you have the multitool stamp and level it to decent level, you should be able to easily use the w5 nodes to power level everyone to 50+ easily.
for worship - this is a little concerning as it sounds like you've been using charge syphon - which you should not be using until your characters are >120 worship. until then, use MSA on each character individually and have them gain levels.

the only place you should ever need/want divinity pearls is to make the leveling from 30-50 on cooking easier. everything else is easily done just using regular tools. this is why flutterbis is a fairly throwaway god on non-dooters
