Mantra works a bit differently compared to other Divinity styles. The gains of having all ten characters on mantra will not visually show up in neither afk info screen, nor afk claim screen.

In order for your characters to get their fair share of shared exp, you start by first claiming the afk time of a mantra character. The game, upon claiming afk mantra time, will then calculate what should be sent to the rest of your characters. However, that shared exp also does not show up on the remaining characters afk claim screen, but it does get added to your divinity exp bar none the less!
The easiest way to make sure mantra is working for you is to claim all afk time on all mantra characters, and watch your exp bars on the rest of your characters go up.

(Shared exp from the bubos lab talent also works the same way! Gotta claim your bubo first to let the game know how much exp should be shared)

This will mean either taking a break from the game for a bit or going back and doing some early world stuff on one character

Then, once you've unlocked at least Arctis (Bear, 2nd god), I would work on:

• Spend your books from W3 library. It doesn't seem like you've spent any, you've got a LOT of power waiting behind extra talent levels for both combat and skilling
• Maestro skilling - you're in a decent spot, but try and push your W1/2 gathering skills to rank one, this will then allow the efficiency bonus of Right Hand talent to affect your best skillers which will allow you to
• Resample - again, decent spot compared to some that I've seen. Since it seems like you're pushing with ES, make sure you sample mats to push the first 2 purple bubbles, and if possible, bubble 17. Aim for 100/50 in those as an initial goal and whatever you can in the 17th

Then I'd take a loot at:

• Max out your Pay2Win bonuses to help your bubble odds, in particular, Purple 17 (green/oj if possible) and Yellow 18
• Cooking - use IE for get recipes to unlock new meals, then try and push them to level 11 (to make use of Yellow 18 bubble). Prior to that, make sure your Egg and Cabbage meals are pushed as high as you feel possible at the moment, and make sure you upgrade your kitchens
• Stamps - you're missing a decent amount of damage stamps that should be obtainable now, use the wiki to see where they come from and try to push your overall stamp level up. Set small breakpoints of 100 for now and push to 2k or so

Other things to consider:

• Construction - I would pause the construction on Atom Collider. Cost Cruncher would be a good alternative
• Anvil - take a look into buying points with monster mats. W1 should be easy
• Equinox - look up the challenges in the wiki, you may want to try unlocking this map now
