Rando gets you 1 extra random event boss per week, which means one more chance to roll on their drops, which is nice...but you can also do these once/day already. You can also upgrade your chance to get loot, chance to spawn 2x bosses on the island, and an extra star talent book (which is i think), but these cost bottles, which you still need to save for the last island.

Crystals spawn a few per day(?) and give you all their crystal loot. Choco chip works on them too

you can link everyone to snake since you are still early in divinity and have no one else to link to. snake's major and minor links only affect the linked character. blessings affect everyone (for every divinity). so don't confuse these 3 things, they behave differently

On your es you should have your 2. god on the snake Nobisect ( the portal one i belive) and also get more portal kills from lab.
The bonus portal kills - dmg is overall probebly less portals then without it

The accuracy one is debatalbe you have to check if its more/less kills and also maybe use 1 card slot for accuracy.

I assume you're in w4? Do you have a majority of your chars in the lab or not yet?

(I didn't do a ton of lab camping in w4 honestly until closer to the end when I really started pushing to w5) but basically if you're fmailiar with lab camping, then you'll move everyone (or almost everyone) to div altar until you unlock bear, put mostly everyone on bear. Then camp div altar until you get goat so everyone can go back to lab w/ goat linked since goat gives you "div altar" credit if you're sitting in lab.
There's some cases where you don't link to those (pushing, skilling one-offs, ESes get double links, etc.). But that is the jist

It starts off very slow, which is why you want to unlock goat god ASAP and then put everyone back in lab since they're both slow burners. There are definitely ways to speed up gains for both, but they come with time.

By sitting on the div altar they gain exp and div points (similar to lab in that the exp flow is slow). You just let them AFK (and make sure to only check after a full hour since the beginnign rate is legit 1 xp/hr) for a while. I checked like 2-3x a day on the chars early on more so for anvil production than div.
Spam for new gods (either do lowest % unless you have a 100% shot -- or do anything if you like gambling more). Get bear and put on the better "mantra" to get higher pts and exp as they hit the lvl (I think 5 or 10?). When they're bear you relink all your div altar campers to it so they can give you the lab bonus still (they don't gain lab exp though) so you can start pushing w5 with lab buffs (and reactivate increasd 3d print, dmg, etc. etc.).
Keep camping them until you unlock goat. Link them all to goat so they get div pts+exp when you camp them back in lab.

At this point it's a long game of only pulling out chars you specifically need to do stuff. For example, I kept a DK or ES out for pushing through w5 and my maestro out to reach rank1 in my w1-w3 skills. The other 6-8 chars (as I got them) all sat on div/lab after they had elite classes. After mman became vman, he became a lab camper for the most part.

Now that I've got to w6 and I need to go back and work on older skills to push w6 quicker, I cycle my chars through the lab. I've been cycling one person out each day or two to power level them to 250 (they were all ~100 before this). My bubo sits out and active AFKs to get some alch cycles in. But I now have all 10 chars slot and usually at most only 2 people are out of the lab (bubo has bear link so I can get bubo lab benefits while he active AFKs for CC).

Do you not have any companions? Goto w1 and start rolling if not
You have a lot of ez achievements that can come from just pulling mats out of storage (or maybe you can't hold enough now that you missed them)
Keep working on dungeons. When you hit r40 you can carry with the coin flip into horn of foal if you get it. You don't have any flurbo buffs maxed.

Go max forge upgrades
Put bars in them (even if copper/iron, to start gstacking them)
Max out anvil points w/ money on everyone even though it's like half your money

Go active farm gmush with ES to get spore caps so you can power up bubble 2 on orange/green/purp
You are in w6 so go back and get your w4/w5 vials obtained (and lvl4 them, that's a lot of bubo dmg missing)
Go get your equinox mats and lv4 them

Get mice into rotation of traps to not lock nullo salt out (if you don't have them in there actively rn)
Go rank up your blue salt, it's sitting at 100% (and make sure to rank red/orange enough to not have a bad waterfall effect)
Your salt lick should have maxed red/orange/green/blue salts by now. I think you need to focus cleaning up your refinery/salt a lot tbh. Honestly prob should have frigid souls + nullo salts maxed by this point but IDK since you're ahead of me at 3B dmg on ES.

What is going on with your printer? IE only shows 9 chars and char kukk_spiser isn't even sampling. Your vman, since you have him now, should be doing your monster mat samples. Everyone else should be sampling stuff they're specialized (skilled) in.

Your shrines are surpisingly pretty low level. Are all your chars sitting in lab/div? Drop all the shrines there and let them level up. Go use your charges. Get your 9th char a skull/tools. Your TD waves are surprisingly high for where the rest of your account seems to sit. Souls/worship should bezpz for you to power up prayers too.

Upgrade your kitchens (you have the spices), buy a michelin ktichen or two especially since it seems you are dropping $$ into the game
Get more noobs into lab tubes (unless you have a good reason otherwise) even if it is just bear to link them, you shouldn't have only 3 acitve in tube at this stage. They all need to camp to 50+ so you can unlock all the big nodes that are really relevant. All of my guys are floating 50-70 now and I can finally touch all the nodes (pre w6 jade emporium stuff) and that alone has been huge.

Breeding looks like you're trying to follow the midgame meta. Swap out the far right row (after territory 1) for foragers when you have eggs to do so. Getting the base setup then deciding if you wanna reroll for higher #'s will always be dependent on situation.
Buy breeding upgrades - this is huge - fenceyard extension and pastpresent brood will make it quicker to do new species

Rift - your dmg is high enough if your ES is at 2B to start blowing through this. Push to AT LEAST rift 16 for skill mastery.

Div - you have goat god. Put your lab tube babies to goat god and camp lab. Your first DK isn't even aligned to anything.

Sailing - your behind on captains + boats. You're at the same island as me but you're 6 captain/boat sets behind me.

in terms of getting new mutations - because the scaling is pretty poor, don't wait for too many genes to attempt. more tries at lower odds is usually always better than fewer tries at only slightly better odds.
in terms of getting new tiers of mutations, the first 5 you will get without doing anything. the last 3 (as you unlock them) are progressively harder and not worth your effort until you get to very late game gaming - so don't worry about the tiers. just collect without discriminating until you get up to chemplants

I don't bother if I'm not actively trying to get xp. There are only three skills where it matters if you have skilled dimwit on while fighting: Alchemy, smithing and trapping. Smithing is mainly lvled by crafting coldseeker bullets after some point, trapping I don't have nature traps on non vman characters and alchemy gies frin 36.88x XP with skilled dimwit to 39.63x with balance of proficiency. It could be argued that switching is worth it, but I usually don't. I do switch for my bubo though while CCing since there is that P2W buff
