not sure what the idea is since you got Dooter. Typically people avoid 2 BB and 2 DK, it's usually just triple of each base class. So 2 DK 1BB or vice versa (former preferred by most). The other double up elite classes are SB and ES that most suggest.

typically you want at least 3 mages due to the atom collider because choppin is best source for them. then because bubo is typically an active only class and ES has benefit of double god links (before you manage to pull a doot), you go 2 ES.
the choice is usually between a 2nd BB and 2nd SB. in your case, you made the 2nd BB so your last should be the 2nd ES. your ability to make godshard bars down the line will suffer, but this is your current situation

It provides a few base points of wisdom, you mostly want to get it so that your bonus points you get from Arctis and your ES Family Bonus get applied (and rift slug, if you have that)

The more important ones will be book and skulls talent

And if you find yourself killing portal mobs pretty quickly when it runs out, then throw in a few more points

I would work on

• Levels - get all your characters to level 100, then I would move most of them to divinity. The more people you have in div, the more points, the faster you unlock gods, especially Goat (god 5), so that you can work on div and lab at the same time. You also have enough levels to make your 8th character. I would do this first, 2nd DK is probably best or 2nd ES works too Throw this person on the altar asap for now, make sure you interact with alchemy cauldron and lab, as well. Maybe do all to 100 before new char for Equinox cloud
• Maestro/vman to rank 1 in w1-3 skills. Make the most of his right hand talent
• Samples - don't have any at all on your last character. Make sure you always have an oak (and bleach) and copper sample to level your first bubbles

Next I would look at

• Alchemy - keep unlocking new bubbles, raise those first bubbles to 100/50 and 150/75 like we talked about earlier. Keep unlocking vials, use IE/IT to see what's available. Stop leveling sigils beyond the first few the gains are way too slow right now (you get literally 1 point/hr/char). Put your people into liquid cauldrons (bubo/maestro for levels) and the rest into color cauldrons. Spend your charge to boost your cauldrons. Work on purchasing the Pay2Win tab upgrades. All of them.
• Construction - I'd probably stop building the automation arm and unlock your next shrine instead and work on upgrading the rest of your main buildings or towers, too. You gain books too slowly right now to make much use of the 20/max benefit. You also should have more than one build slot, make sure you're using them all. You get the same build rate applied to all slots, it's not split.
• Sailing - sned your ships back to the first island to get the Tusk artifact, this will help your artifact find chance. Keep unlocking boats/captains as you can (max 20 each)

Other considerations

• Upgrade trapping skulls and worship skulls
• Buy and spend anvil points, W1 mob mats are easy now with ES
