Yeah I think I've had Kruk knocked out for a few weeks. It'll take a little bit of time for the w6 skill perks to kick in but if you camp your ES or highest lvl in w6 they'll power through levels quite a bit. My ES is 350 but they started to slow down around ~325 in w6 (only 4 maps in).

Not sure how I'll get the other ~30 lvls without RNG on artifacts since I'm only 400 books deep on the checkout achievment

But it also requires you to do 100s of kills which takes a lot of time

Some artifacts give sailing bonuses but generally you'll need to move island by island as you unlock more ships and get upgrades

You generally don't want to go to islands that take longer than your minimum sailing time if you can avoid it

But if you want to solely focus on Fury, then just make sure you have Tusk from island 1 and Tablet from island 4. Lamp from island 2 and Dreamcatcher from island 8 can be useful too

IMPORTANT: have atom cost reduction when you're starting to produce atoms

1. loot capacity. sailing artifacts are main w5 progression
2. w5 skill xp. you'll be sitting on divinity for a while, and skill levels help so its good to get it started early
3. respawn. portals get huge in w5
4. boss armor. recommended to save 5 points in preparation for boss armor, that way you'll be able to unlock all the pieces without having to do additional tasks
5. tab4 talent points and star talent: you might be low on elite tab talent points and stats when you're new to w5 but there are other sources. you can prioritize these over boss armor if you're not confident in crafting later armor

with two wizards and a high charge syphon level (130~+%) can you just alternate between charge syphoning to max out charge, burn down to whatever your normal 100% cap is, swap to other wizard and repeat? it's an hour cooldown so you could only do it once on each wizard every hour, but even with a dreadnaught skull you could be gaining 6k% charge an hour bouncing that around for worship which is what, 6 or 7 w6 totem worships an hour? or is that not worth bothering with?

there are 2 strats for vman on nm kruk
strat 1: if your dmg is ~25b or higher you can literally spend the entire fight killing moles, when ur big aoe attack is up start hitting kruk, when moles get close use the aoe then get a few more hits in then go back to moles, repeat, itll take you like 10-15 mins to kill kruk if no moles heal him
strat 2: get about 300b dmg and just go full auto on kruk and out dmg the heals

afaia, bonus is only applied 1x even if you have it equipped multiple times. and like the other sailing bonuses, you want it on the person who checks your sailing menu - that way it persists - once you get your infinite star sign far enough, this is less of a concern, but its a good practice in the meantime

Because of how long new worlds take and daily tasks giving so many merits it allowed people stock up on too many, so you'd be able to instantly buyout the shop. Otherwise he'd have to make the costs so high that it would prohibit newer players from being able to buy them for a while. He could change it so that new worlds have their own colored merits, but he probably likes the RNG drop chance better

If you're checking fairly regularly, just keep it at the default wooden chest

If you're checking once a day or less you could bump it up to iron

You really don't need defense unless you're getting rekt by regular mobs or crystals and even then, typically just getting more damage is better. Lustre has the same upgrade slots as Chiz (1 less on helm even) and Diabolical is a waste of void salts, again just for more defense

Vman may not get cards as well as ES with efficiency might

Card drop rate, normal drop rate, action speed and afk gains are the factors that affect card drops with two exceptions. In fishing efficiency seems to matter and in mining warriors get more cards because of the big pick skill. I would recommend using vman to farm for rare cards but probably use other classes for the easy ones.

Of course you need enough efficiency to gather the material as well
