I'm having issues getting enough speed for the last couple of islands and the last cloud is literally days for my fastest dudes. Any suggestions for getting my speed up? I'm not sure if SB captain exp is global or you have to be on him to get the benefit. If you're using your highest SB, then any Family Man talents would help improve minimum travel time, as well, there's a sailing speed and artifact star signs on the 2nd page that only affect whoever claims

Also, for this, just go back and work on getting materials to upgrade your ships and try and roll eldritch while you're at it. There's nothing stopping you from getting eldritch before getting all ancient, especially the last few islands

Most people start with obols and cards.

• You can farm pop obols with an ES at W1 Gigafrogs. Reroll one to 2% and combine it with a 1% (the 2% on the left). Get a full set of silver Pops for your family set and a personal set.
• Then you can farm card DR cards so you can then farm DR cards. A good spot to start is Snelbies, as you might be able to get some silver dice obols, too, which you'll need for your family and personal set

even though display says 1hr (cause it rounds up) does not mean you get 1hr time. you only get as much as you afked for. dont confuse how 2min claims work with archers/forging with how these afk claims work. the 2min claim on archers works because they get enough kills using MK to proc enough time to use up all ore in forge in those 2 minutes - you claim it after 2min cause its the minimum time needed to force the afk window

One of the big realizations about alchemy damage is that it doesn't come from the dedicated damage bubbles but more so from base stat. The first bubble may seem like it only gives +1 per purchase, but it is multiplied by two other bubbles and then again increased by +% all stats. It will become huge eventually. Speed pots also become great when you have some food effect from the statue. That will be difficult to achieve without choco chip though

Congrats! I would start working on getting crystal farming up and running then. Get all crystal spawn sources and as much DR as possible. Some onyx statues like the food effect one are absolutly huge for both combat and sampling

It improves the chance for quality upgrades.
It is a very good upgrade because it is among the only ones that help you with pet power (higher quality egg = more pet power)

The only other things that do that are your breeding lv and the curviture of the paw talent.

Well going for upgraded eggs decreases the amount of xp and upgrades you get so I'm not sure it is worth it before late game. Looking at the wiki I think the statement "Egg Rarity only increases cap" confused me together with rank ups only happening on the cycle

Bronze and silver eggs give more xp per time unit than basic eggs if you need levels.

So I just unlocked all my artifacts from Island 1, now I got 4 captains and just going to the second island to unlock all it's artifacts. Is this a decent strategy until I get all artifacts ? or should I just focus on the first island till I got all captain slots and my ships are upgraded?

A little bit of all of the above. Try to unlock new captains/boats asap, but also keep at least a few boats upgraded to reach your farthest unlocked islands, then work on upgrading other boats as you search for artifacts
