Basically it takes a number between just above 0 and 1 and does 1 divided by said number times a multiplier you can increase by either upgrading the nugget with bits or through the equinox upgrade. This means that you almost certainly won't get anything close to the max possible nugget shown on ie and the only thing you can do to help you get a bigger nugget is claiming a lot of nuggets and those two upgrades.

You're better off doing what you said, get Div and Lab stuff set, then if you need character levels for talent points to sample or what have you just push the furthest map in the furthest world you can for best XP gain

IMPORTANT: have atom cost reduction when you're starting to produce atoms

1. loot capacity. sailing artifacts are main w5 progression
2. w5 skill xp. you'll be sitting on divinity for a while, and skill levels help so its good to get it started early
3. respawn. portals get huge in w5
4. boss armor. recommended to save 5 points in preparation for boss armor, that way you'll be able to unlock all the pieces without having to do additional tasks
5. tab4 talent points and star talent: you might be low on elite tab talent points and stats when you're new to w5 but there are other sources. you can prioritize these over boss armor if you're not confident in crafting later armor

No once the recipe drops it is removed from the drop table. You have to remember KpK and multikill don’t affect these drops

Recipe drops are a bit different from the other drops when you view them on your card. If the recipe is black, it means you have never picked up a recipe from that anvil tab. If your recipe is lit up it means you have found one from that anvil tab, lucky you! However, if you learn a recipe, that specific recipe will no longer be displayed at all on that monsters card.

20-25b isn’t bad, but when you don’t have multikill and the map portal is above 60m

It’s pretty painful

And, you need several characters on the same map to even progress

yeah, i mean you typically either want skilling or combat prayers on, so there's no reason to have "all" prayers. you also don't get the benefit of giant mob prayer with NMP

outside of big mob not spawning i dont see any dif betwen prayer or no prayer well except that mob have normal hp so they faster to kill

also you really need the big mob spawn for a short periode of time before the probability of them spawning is just painful
