• Unlock these stamps in the first picture
• Use your books

Then

• Once MMan has highest rank, boost his efficiency talent, upgrade skilling stamps and resample
• Once resampled, print materials for first two bubbles of first 3 cauldrons (and maybe 17th orange if you continue with BB). Good targets to aim for are 100 for first and 50 for second, w/e you can get for 17
• After this, see how your accuracy is, if you need more, upgrade stamps, if you still need more, upgrade Shaquracy (Green 9)
• Your gear is fine (outside of what someone said about chiz helm). Go equip yourself with some tools from other skills. Use balloons to get quick levels on them, make the best tool and then use stones from either mages or warriors to boost your acc/dam

get the DK and SB talents for exp and bits, and use SB to check sailing with the talents on.

Dont use unending loot if you can check your sailing fairly regularly

Focus on speed over loot for boat upgrades, and try to buy sailing speed captains if you can

Base of something, idr
+1 from 15 arts achievement,

since not all of them have much inventory size for food

You can't get food into their inventories without playing on them, unless you mean via the automation arm then just fill your storage the best you can.
