Atom collider is a contstruction upgrade in W3, once you start getting greenstack items it will convert items automatically from your chest to atoms, There are plenty of atom upgrades you can directly upgrade that way. Or you can use atoms to boost bubbles once it starts taking you like 1B of an item to upgrade a bubble once

yes its pretty important lol, just pretty late game to really get going. I've been maxxing deathnote, printing so I can get all my primary bubbles up. Then once I can start printing like 10M+ of resources per hour i'll start getting atom collider going and that hopefully should do a lot

I think some people recommend waiting for like 100M+ printing per hour until they really heavy focus atoms

You could prolly do the first few sigils but definitely do NOT heavy focus them.

Use that AI tool to look at your bubbles and see what ones you need to focus on, your bubbles are pretty low. especially some of the more important ones

Your Trapping looks a bit rough ONLY printing geese, look into a trapping guide at some point, you do have trapping drone so shouldnt be too cancer

DO NOT auto refine your salts, especially the red/green you want those boosted and your other salts could be higher leveled so they move quicker.

Get your other characters printing

At this point you could prolly afford to at least get purple skull on all deathnote (Maybe wouldnt push lava skull till you work on some of these other things)

I would turn off your atom collider for now, or set the limit to the max at 1050M so you dont waste all the resources you're gonna need for bubbles

At least start getting some shiny pets going on, I'm personally waiting to heavy focus breeding but for now you can get the important ones going on.
Also you could probably boost your generaly breeding a bit more, your allocation for spices is also off so I would watch a guide on that as well

GET THAT LAB LEVEL UP, chips are really nice bonuses and you do have some solid ones so far but you're gonna want to use the W5 divinity god Arctis to link most charactes to lab so you get amazing perma bonuses while your characters can still level up outside of lab
