Yeah, go almost a whole run. Kill bosses for respawn, with some time left use the vman attack skill, be on the map you want to sample and hit sample (the skill gives a major multikill bonus for a little while). Have whatever cards, star signs and such ready.

It's based on how often you can check. If you can check every 2 hours (or a bit sooner depending on sailing time), then you might as well have it on for the loot boost. If you're taking long enough to where they have completed at least 2 round trips though, then you'd instead be able to loot twice the amount of chests because they'd be waiting at port to drop off the second set of chests. Great for artifact farming

It doesn't, but each chest you open has a chance to contain an artifact. So the more chests you can open, the more chances you have

Again, that depends on how often you can check. If you're running at 2 hrs per sail time, but don't check for 4 hours, then it's best to have it off. Because on the first trip, they go out, return, and deposit 12 (in your case 11) chests. On the next trip out they return and then wait at the dock until they can deposit those new chests. So when you login you get to loot 2 sets of chests (22...23 I guess for your numbers?) instead of just the one set of 12

5. tab4 talent points and star talent: you might be low on elite tab talent points and stats when you're new to w5 but there are other sources. you can prioritize these over boss armor if you're not confident in crafting later armor

IMPORTANT: have atom cost reduction when you're starting to produce atoms

1. loot capacity. sailing artifacts are main w5 progression
2. w5 skill xp. you'll be sitting on divinity for a while, and skill levels help so its good to get it started early
3. respawn. portals get huge in w5
4. boss armor. recommended to save 5 points in preparation for boss armor, that way you'll be able to unlock all the pieces without having to do additional tasks
5. tab4 talent points and star talent: you might be low on elite tab talent points and stats when you're new to w5 but there are other sources. you can prioritize these over boss armor if you're not confident in crafting later armor
