What I did was retry runs until that bonus that gives a free purple gave me the coin, and then the coin gave me the foal crit damage perk
Then just focus drop rate and crit rate and you'll do more than enough damage
Similar method for perk build helped me solo the snake for the next dream as well and the w3 boss too

Otherwise if you get lucky and get the perk for selling stuff you can just blanket sell all and even got more orbs that way too

sailing is focusing on artifacts and getting higher loot values from upgrading ships. it really depends on how many you have unlocked, but i had 1-2 boats for unlocking at most. If it takes several days per trip, might need to get better captain skills, or upgrading capt lvl by getting resources

i asked on here before and the general answer i was given is blood rage slows your character which inherently lowers afk gains meaning its better off not specing into bb damage skills just augment skills which seems so badly designed

I'm just moving some Div and Lab stuff around and can use some advice. Currently have up to Omni unlocked. Here is the setup I'm thinking. Players in lab indicated with red L.
- Bubo is pushing W5 to get to Wurms, but thinking Bear for prints and the lab xp talent bonus to help get Bedsy to 75 (currently at 53, as well as a couple others in low 50s but they are on bear so wont get XP)
- Pare Hotter is linked to Goat with ES talent and sitting in lab to get div gains
- Vman is farming cards and skilling
Gives me 6 xp per char through mantra, others who are out and about are also getting TranQi xp
Not sure if I should just put Bubo and Vman on Nobi and Snake respectively or if I should change anything else

IMPORTANT: have atom cost reduction when you're starting to produce atoms
- loot capacity. sailing artifacts are main w5 progression
- w5 skill xp. you'll be sitting on divinity for a while, and skill levels help so its good to get it started early
- respawn. portals get huge in w5
- boss armor. recommended to save 5 points in preparation for boss armor, that way you'll be able to unlock all the pieces without having to do additional tasks
- tab4 talent points and star talent: you might be low on elite tab talent points and stats when you're new to w5 but there are other sources. you can prioritize these over boss armor if you're not confident in crafting later armor
