Main thing is with a calc like that and low levels you'd be adjusting so much values non stop, but it would be easier to just add the captains base values and have their level be their modifier to figure out speed etc. so you only need to adjust their levels when they rank up instead of all the percentages.

Things don't affect divinity unless they specifically say they do. Only exception is biggie hours card and 2x afk claim chance for exp
