Well, yeah, Alchemy is the same rated level as what you posted earlier. About 20 / 25 / 26 on artifacts. Stamps are getting up there, around 3500 total level. Statues, that could definitely be it, I just got my onyx power last week

The answer is to just get even more speed. The reason youre stuck at 175% is because of the salt lick and sigil bonus that give movespeed up to 175%. You need to be able to get past it without those bonuses

Definitely do the atom thing first. The lists are accurate. You want the respawn rate because the rare drops get more rare and the portals are easy for dk and ES but not for the others who also need to get to kruk/wurms eventually too
