Yes, you want to leverage the 90% discount x2-3times to get ALL bubbles to an atomable level. From there, you just level up using atoms instead of materials. Eventually NBLB will take over and you can focus your daily atom burn on goal specific bubbles.

Unless you're getting into the next multi kill tier with magma the mob respawn will most likely give more afk gains regardless, results may vary tho.

Get bonuses from all shrines from any map! You must be in same map/world to level them up though.
Sounds like you can be in the same world aka have them in town... unless its a typo.
