And I recall there was some kind of trick where you could divide your active foodslots by using two pieces of food or something

The trick you’re talking about is to prevent a specific food from being used I believe, not to stop all food from running out

Yeah thats the same bug. People associate it with time but its actually based on the cloud save

Yeah and if you watch your IE/IT on daily reset you'll notice that they almost always update pretty quickly

And thats because the game tries to update on your daily reset

Which is why guaranteed crystal spawns each day are more prone to this happening

have a stack of chests at the dock waiting with the resource u need for the trade, check trade value, if its too high then click 1 trade and reload map to check again, repeat. if you go too low, open a chest, reload map, repeat

Look at IT, find a deal in the nearish future. Start building up that resource. When the deal comes see how much you need. If close and you need more collect a ship and refresh map, if less make a trade, refresh map. Rinse and repeat until complete

the trade is based on how much of the resource you have stored so you can manipulate the numbers a little bit by getting more/less and refreshing the map. look on idleon toolbox sailing trades to see when you could be close to having a good trade

Trade deals will either be at the cost of 20% of your loot or the value ship 1 has - whichever is higher.

what you want to do is use idleon toolbox to see what trades are coming up, and what your current trade amount would be. Say you're on 760 or something instead of 777

Send all your ships to that island and wait until the trade comes up

Once the trade is up, open one chest, leave map, check trader. The amount will have slightly gone up. If it's below 777, repeat this action.

If you get unluck and you end up on like 779, trade once to reduce your loot, and reset the map, then try again

Eventually you'll hit 77
