to be honest the only 2 important obol sets (game changer) are drop rate and construction. the other ones are good but not game changer (not talking about sparkle, or the higher tiers, since they are boss drops

It isn't from library- You're misunderstanding. The flask talent is set to 111, but your bubble is only 30, so it caps at 30. You have to level the bubble to the same as Flask.

Edit: PC Version. The " R " Key is used to attack, while the Inventory is open! Personally I can spam R, but I also heard from people that they need to click it in a rhythm
