Split the Gold Hampters between ALL your Chars. And then swap every 2-4 hours and hope for Sailing Procs. Don't use unending Loot and your filter should be set to the lowest (I can't see what it's set at currently) -> If you are really at a minimum sail time of 2 hours, you should get atleast the Ancient Crystal steak in a few days

I print what I can and then use candy if needed. You can sustain your ticket farming with only a small portion of the candy you actually get from the colo runs

just got the auto arm to empty my anvil automatically. What kind of setup should I have? Should I balance archers for most XP / day (which requires some points into capacity as they can't hold that many Threads (yet at least).

Or should I just only level speed, and then optimize each char so it just about fills it's capacity in a day?

Should be pretty close. W1 Crystals and W2 Crystals have the same drop rate for both I believe. There are maybe a couple less Sandy Pots than Beans though, so little less crystal spawns in total.
