If you are under 200% crit chance, add in Circular Criticals. Very lategame, you can add in Beefy for Real assuming it does not affect your survivability.

Active combat niche: If you are trying to push portals and do not lose a multikill tier because of it, Fibers of Absence can provide some VERY tiny bonus kills (1-2%).

Active DK: ^ all that plus Midas Minded. Your goal is drop rate, multikill be damned. Don't wear this if it causes you not to 1shot basic enemies.

Active Bubo: ^ all that plus Jawbreaker. Your goal is MONEY and drop rate in 2x multiples after 5x (so 7x, 9x, 11x, etc.), multikill still be damned. Once again, don't wear this if it causes you not to 1shot basic enemies.

AFK combat: Royal Sampler, Zerg Rushogen, Balance of Pain assuming you can trigger multikill, Beefy For Real. Same note for Fibers of Absence, can be a very small 1-2% increase.

Dungeons if you have just WAY too many tickets: Vacuous Tissue. The issue is it does not give extra Loot Rolls at end of dungeon, so can reduce your keychain gains 😦

AFK Skilling (leveling): Royal Sampler, Zerg Rushogen, then compare your efficiency to decide if Skilled Dimwit or Balance of Proficiency is better for you.
