The Wings are not really great giving you 4% afk gain (+1% afk gain over Kruk Wings and -9% afk when compared to the Giant Starflower) and the 20% damage the Wings give is not really good. So sampling wise there are better alternatives
The Nametag is also not really great giving you little base stats and 50% XP (additive to Grind Time)
Gems and Cards are okay, but also not great in my opinion

basically your first runs are gonna be fastest through w1 to amarok - and nightmare amarok kills (less than 3 second preffered) - using your talents to boost as you go. then in w2 you kinda do what you can, then warp to 3 to do what you can, as you probably won't be able to get to = or defeat Efaunt yet

and remember its every portal opened, so on slime map - kill enough to open tree - but don't bother going in tree yet til you get more kill/speed

little things like that help min/max the portals you unlock

your gonna want redonculous void trial rerun talent though, as you get more time with it to do more.

ES are notorious to cause the engine to stall - due to amount of drops. It has nothing to do with your device/PC - and everything to do with limitation of the game engine.

you can help minimize it by filtering out drops - so only coins and very rare things drop - but eventually even then it could still bottle up
