alchemy focus on skilling bubbles mostly the big ones getting them to lvl 185 then the little ones above/below them like hearty diggy or hocus choppus
try to unlock all bubbles for all cauldrons and get all of them to lvl 5 so NBLB can level them up
try to get larry bubble to lvl 501
at least unlock your vials and try to get them to green if anything
sigils are a nonconcern right now they are a noob trap only do them after you have done more bubbles and liquid stuff and when you are not doing CC time as CC time does not apply to sigils

max your salt lick as best you can only ones i would not worry about and i know you will get with time is the sand souls/frost souls/mice/penguins just do those as you can
try to get that 10th character printing something doesn't matter what it is
use the relevant skills (DK refinery/Vman Printer go Brrrrr)
i would personally focus top row buildings in construction eventually i would move to a mix of shrines and towers
try to get higher TD waves if you can if you cannot then dont worry level some towers get void tower and come back and try again because void tower makes poisonic VERY VERY strong
not much to say about trapping but i would suggest having exp trap for each character like get on Vman and use his exp conversion skill and set one or two traps as Vman to get some more trapping levels

Cooking is connected to breeding hardcore so i would suggest trying to focus on unlocking all the pets in breeding the important ones are rattler (sand giant) and monolith (snelbie) W2 mobs near the end and some W3 mobs if you can get to that point
Cooking i cant really reccommend much just try to get all meals to level 11 for now while trying to unlock diamond chef (23rd bubble in yellow cauldron) in alchemy because that gives you a major boost until then meal cooking speed foods will be your best friend especially cabbage in a little while
Lab i would say viral is really good if you can get there because viral extends your range by quite a bit but try not to sacrafice connections to it because it defeats the purpose of trying to reach it

i like cat god because it speeds up divinity by a lot so i suggest to unlock cat god but it you can do without it

General account stuff
I would reccommend taking everyone off skilling just for a little bit to go level up go to W5 if you can survive it and get some levels when you reach lvl 200-250 or so then go back to skilling you can get a LOT from class levels
I suggest getting your Mman as the highest in all skills for W1-3 because his talent of the right and left crab claw makes a world of difference when it comes to both sampling and leveling up in skills
just overall equipment and tools try to gear everyone up with amarock and the highest level weapon you can some characters have tab 1 weapon

I personally wouldn't bother with trying to roll +1s on the Lab or Chef rings. The lab rings get crafted up to Souped Lab Rings (and you can't reroll Misc on crafted items), and the Chef Rings get simply replaced with Serrated Rex Rings at some point. I'd just put regular WIS / STR on them until then

Note that the mystery upgrade stones can also give you negative results. You don't want to use them on items that could brick / become unusable and not be able to be replaced, like the Idle Skilling hat you can only get once.

It's such a bad bonus. You get way more value from going Loot or speed. Getting your artifact chance from 0.2% to 0.4% is not worth if you can't reach islands in a reasonable time
