it is but i personally am focusing on just getting better skulls rn then i am going to worry about the soul vials which i reccommend to you as well because better skull=more charge rate=more souls and if you truly want more soul per charge % then get higher TD which requires better construction

its hard to say depends on where you are in your account skill levels are always important imo but having a balance of characters being a decent level before you just leave them all off to skill forever is a balance that is needed to be had as well because skills are SUPER talent heavy imo

If you want to be really clever while grinding monster cards, card drop rate is calculated on map entry which means you can snapshot them. Enter map -> Swap to pure DR set -> Get more cards
