It's a speedrun thing. All Vman kills are set to 2,000,000 kills for every enemy map up to your furthest progression on any character

When you start a Speedrun, Vman's DN kills get set to 0 across the board.

After speedrun ends, Vman copies up to 2m DN kills per map that you have uh.. Well, "negative kills" is the way it is saved, but per map you have "completed" unlocking the next portal for if that makes sense. All maps have SOME number set as a base requirement, even if there is no literal portal for you to click on.
