Mantra works a bit differently compared to other Divinity styles. The gains of having all ten characters on mantra will not visually show up in neither afk info screen, nor afk claim screen.

In order for your characters to get their fair share of shared exp, you start by first claiming the afk time of a mantra character. The game, upon claiming afk mantra time, will then calculate what should be sent to the rest of your characters. However, that shared exp also does not show up on the remaining characters afk claim screen, but it does get added to your divinity exp bar none the less!
The easiest way to make sure mantra is working for you is to claim all afk time on all mantra characters, and watch your exp bars on the rest of your characters go up.

(Shared exp from the bubos lab talent also works the same way! Gotta claim your bubo first to let the game know how much exp should be shared)

Essentially you don't see it in each characters afk gains when you swap to them, but they all get the exp. If you have all ten on and in mantra mode you're essentially getting 10 exp/hr on all characters, so it is great to help with levelling up

To clarify what I'm asking, if you go into your idleon efficiency, go into world 2, go into alchemcy, there's going to be certain bubble that have an up arrow next to them. These are your min bubbles because NBLB prioritizes the lowest bubbles available

As for why min bubble is relevant, it seems like you're trying to improve in multiple areas at the same time, and given you've been highly recommended activing bubo, it does kind of matter what your min bubble is because you may do better with gains else
