Every 100 kills guarantees a second roll of all items. So with more Dr you guarantee more base loot, which then gets multiplied every 100 orb score - On a 400 Orb you would get the Loot of 5 kills from one kill

U sort of try to get to a point where the pet just slightly doesn't kill enemies and then you use the ability shortly before the enemy attack kills you
