IMPORTANT: have atom cost reduction when you're starting to produce atoms

1. loot capacity. sailing artifacts are main w5 progression
2. w5 skill xp. you'll be sitting on divinity for a while, and skill levels help so its good to get it started early
3. respawn. portals get huge in w5
4. boss armor. recommended to save 5 points in preparation for boss armor, that way you'll be able to unlock all the pieces without having to do additional tasks
5. tab4 talent points and star talent: you might be low on elite tab talent points and stats when you're new to w5 but there are other sources. you can prioritize these over boss armor if you're not confident in crafting later armor

and the exp penalty is pretty minor

a lot of the percentages in the game contribute as a decimal so the -87% is .87 on your exp on your character screen, and once you start doing grind time stuff you won't even notice it

Not any advice that will help you, honestly. Soul gain is based on max wave from the tower defence (I think each wave is like a 7% increase)

Am i doing something wrong or am I just having terrible luck? I'm at sandy pots with my DK and haven't gotten a single obol drop in the last 5 hours, I checked my filter, talents, and cards, but the only thing I saw changed from when I was getting them was my set bonus was switched to an skill eff set (only changed my DR by .06)
I'm using crystal spawn rate and DR cards, and at a 5.47 DR with a 1/150 chance for crystals
