Well theres a couple ways to go about handling those talents depending on what you wanna do

A lot of people just do clicks and ignore the talents only keeping the one stack

That is do your hourly clicks and then split 1 oak/copper off from the main stack and then move the 50m stack to the back of your storage then put the stack of 1 in the normal spot

Heres the 5 step plan for the next 2 weeks with the goal being to take a chopping print that can fuel your atom cost as you push more bubbles

1. Stamps are in shambles. Multitool is the big one you need to work on but honestly you can upgrade pretty much everything as well as get a few stamps you're missing
2. Shimmeron/W5 slab bubbles are level one. Push as high as you can easily do so and then let nblb handle them for now
3. All daily atom clicks go to wis bubble 1 or 2.
4. You have a character with no worship skull and a few with the beginner skull. Upgrade those and max skilled dimwit/Midas
5. Start working on some other shiny bonuses to at least level 4/5 starting with meal effect and base efficiency

My question is: Do I still have to have at least one person in the same map of said shrines in order to level them or can it be in the same world cause that is what the artifact description is making me think

Kinda depends on the relic, what you're aiming for to progress and what your boats speeds are at, I slow rolled at least half if all the artifacts getting ancient before moving islands but some matter more than others

honestly it depends i personally just wanna "unlock" islands and get the base form of each artifact so that I can comfortably move on to the next island like enigma said some relics are more important than others (in my opinion like the frost and fury relic) to level up cause that gives you major gains outside of just sailing
