1. loot capacity. sailing artifacts are main w5 progression
2. w5 skill xp. you'll be sitting on divinity for a while, and skill levels help so its good to get it started early
3. respawn. portals get huge in w5
4. boss armor. recommended to save 5 points in preparation for boss armor, that way you'll be able to unlock all the pieces without having to do additional tasks
5. tab4 talent points and star talent: you might be low on elite tab talent points and stats when you're new to w5 but there are other sources. you can prioritize these over boss armor if you're not confident in crafting later armor

"farming for loot" changes the priorities however. loot > speed. you have to rephrase it, if you don't want people to give you my answer because vman is still the one with potentially the most DR (at least for bosses)

largely depends on what your goal is, but is fairly straightforward. i've found a mix of dmg and drop rate is best for farming active rare drops/materials

highly depends on what you're doing. afk farming -> same as all other afk farming classes. active farming: DR > everything. second priority is dmg

I’ve not seen a person yet who comes in asking for help because they rushed w5 and ignored a tonne of the other world content so are hugely underpowered for w5, whose solution generally isn’t “bubbles are low, slow down and pump them”

Hell even slowing down and sitting on lab and div so you simul unlock gods and get your lab to a 4/5 person full activation will help a tonne

imagine rushing to w5 just to AFK divinity and still need to afk cooking. and lab. and breeding. and not having good alchemy. and not having good construction. and

yeah, just don't do it. burnout exists and that's how you achieve it

ik this would never be implemented, but it would actually benefit players if they needed to reach certain milestones to reach other worlds besides beating the boss on one character.
