Rare chests have very slightly better chance of getting an artifact, but you are halving your chests. So Unending loot is mostly useless for getting artifacts, maybe if you check once every 24 hours it might be worth. Best to just not use it

chemical warfare seemed like an okay skill, but then again I still didnt level my bubo

bubo is primarily a few effects chaining together to make a ridiculous build

First is a shaman skill: Teneycle. This reduces the CDs of your other skills. Incredibly strong - becomes VERy strong at 200
Revive: Revives all enemies on the map

You then have aura/fart ghost to spread aoe damage over the map, and essentially just spam revive over and over as enemies die

Chemical warfare is worth levelling as the fart ghosts damage scales from it

Chemical warfare has some situations but those maps are usually not suited for bubo
