Higher tier skulls are worth more points. Each time you kill a mob the skull has a 50% chance of moving and upgrading to another alive mob. If a mob has no skull then this is chance of making a basic skull on another mob.

Therefore you need a class that can respawn without killing everything

ES or SB work well

now its just afk gains, eff, and whatever else u want

some people snapshot, but its a waste of time to be honest, very small dif

good when u are close to round cool numbers, can give u that missing 1%

Equipment its either All magma set + Eff boots, or whatever u have

also, the diff between magma boots vs eff boots is very very small so doesnt rly matter

The w5 boss gear doesnt give a lot of extra stats, kinda bad for sampling

Missed answering this; all skulls are worth killing, you just direct your char to kill the highest in the area around your char, then every once in a while move to a different part of the map, all while keeping the respawn going
