Work on getting onyx statues and all the efficiency bonuses you can muster, book all the respective talents, best star signs and cards,/bonuses/ gear, make sure your vials and alchemy bubbles are beefed up, using the right gods to maximise it, getting prayers right, any bonuses like vmans talent to boost things, 1 bil sample is a long term goal, won't get it overnight, but you should always be working towards hitting those high samples.
