construction takes a while to ramp up but as you get more levels you should do some cog sessions since max level = higher stats on cogs potentially, and then definitely always exp cogs since exp = more levels = more build speed = more exp because of bubble interactions

just stack your best exp % cogs for a week and then copy your game file and paste it in cog optimizer and you'll start getting construction levels quickly. repeat every week or so

Take the following image, you see a checklist, do NOT go on 1 alt, and set everything up and do everything, sample and move on but rather:
Pick a few easy to remember Categories and set these up on every alt first!

• Cards, Card Set, Star Sign, Alch Bubble if no Companion for passives. (quick ref stuff),

Done? Then pick the next few categories, set this up on every alt. You could set these all up at the same time as above, or split them, whatever is easier. I liked to split them tbh.

• Prayers, Talent Preset, Equipment. (ignore movable gear for now), Gods (or doot gg).

Last things Left are

• Limited Gear (AFK Keychains+Wings+hat, IS Trophy, Nameplate etc)
• Buff food
• Obol sets
• Lab chips
  Set up your Storage nicely, so it all fits there into 1 nice page, can move all the needed buff food to that tab (fill in all earlier empty spots). Maybe take a screenshot of that tab. For future sample references and/or for next alt reference to not forget something.

Then you purely focus on Mages first, 1 mage at a time, that way you can focus on wood buff food easier. After that you do all warris, then all archers. This keeps your mind slightly more organized as you arnt switching between 4 sets of food non stop but rather keeping continuity.

Personally I find this a lot easier to set everything up first, then focus on a smaller list of things that i need to do during each alt.
