A bit complicated in my opinion and not 100% sure down to the math exactly as there's a bunch of variables.

General Rule for Sailing:
If you check sailing multiple times a day, remove SB Talent 11 (50 chests cap)
If you check sailing like once a day or less, **__use __**SB Talent 11 (29 chests cap)
If you check sailing less than daily, **__use __*SB Talent 11 and use filter. (Very Casual)

In either case, If you are suddenly checking pretty late, you could filter it. to the next tier chest. Since I believe for with-talent a boat can only replace it's own chest? *(may be wrong on this but pretty sure) *
Either way, If you don't have the talent and suddenly check once a day or if you do have the talent and suddenly check later, you could toss on the filter to maybe ~1-2 higher grades than base depending on how much longer you've been gone. Being gone doesnt mean actual world time but also includes Hampter+Omni procs, If you checked all 10 alts and never sailing and had a ton of Sailing procs, thats still time.
