When your red salt gets consumed, BR goes down, when you switch to a warrior BR goes up, when you switch to your main DK your BR goes up but less than on another warrior.

reason 1 I always thought is bullshit because if you endgame enough you shouldn't be penalized for it. if you can do it just do it w/e or if the issue really is time we could have maps be opened by date, like, you could progress the kills to open it but it wouldn't untill X days after the update.

Yeah, it's a really tough balance.

The rift patch was a stroke of genius on Lava's part, where he added QoL by making skill cards passive which would normally decrease our samples, but he added such powerful bonuses at the same time that it was a net-positive for everyone.

I think it was probably pretty positive that he made the lowest-tier resource have a good use endgame, at least.

Like it gives us a reason to print copper and oak, which lets us see the largest number possible on our sampling. And most people play Idle games in order to see numbers get big.

As a warning, the average number of digs needed to improve on a 100m nugget is very large.

Like 17k+ digs on average, and you're likely to need to upgrade ~3-5 more times before you reach 500m nugget with each chain getting longer.
