ES lasted 40 minutes, but I've had the SB crash in 10. Haven't had issues afking overnight before and my computer isn't a potato

I didn't realize the other day why my bubo had 1% survival rate at wurms because I had 2 foods, both healing more than half my health and had 17k health. Then I just tried swapping to W5 foods (even though actively they don't do a difference to my bubo) and survival went up to 100%. Defense is around 2.5-5k for my characters

If an island is 300k, you need 150k speed to hit it in 2h. (a little bit more if your minimum sailing time is under 2h) So if your boats was 75k speed, it would take 4h for example. Then just match your boats speed with wiki island distance

Mantra works a bit differently compared to other Divinity styles. The gains of having all ten characters on mantra will not visually show up in neither afk info screen, nor afk claim screen.

In order for your characters to get their fair share of shared exp, you start by first claiming the afk time of a mantra character. The game, upon claiming afk mantra time, will then calculate what should be sent to the rest of your characters. However, that shared exp also does not show up on the remaining characters afk claim screen, but it does get added to your divinity exp bar none the less!
The easiest way to make sure mantra is working for you is to claim all afk time on all mantra characters, and watch your exp bars on the rest of your characters go up.

(Shared exp from the bubos lab talent also works the same way! Gotta claim your bubo first to let the game know how much exp should be shared)

Sorry it's tough to guess at, especially without knowing more about whether you have the vman talent for keeping 2 statues out on DK and your Orb talent level.

The easiest thing to do is just leave your DK to farm for an hour and then do some multiplication to see how long it will take.

one advice that i read here is the vman samples are only linked to boss kills not portals, so just clear whatever bosses you can and then spend time on samples. If you can only do up to w2, then stop there and use rest of time for samples

Making sure you've got nearly every achievement unlocked is pretty helpful for gaming. Vials/meals can help, too.

For earlier-game accounts, there are a lot of vectors for pushing gaming gains. We just talk about nugget and snail being the key ones because they're the only ones that late-game accounts haven't already maxed the bonuses for yet.
