if you wanna test this real hard you can get on a map that there is an isolated platform, use the portal there and only kill mobs there but if it doesn't spawn it still can be unlucky

The regular rolls count normally and won't go past 15

The idea is that you're only allowed to get 15 rolls in a day, but the Alch bonus makes each roll have a high chance to get a bonus roll. Unfortunately the bonus rolls also eat up the 15 rolls you're allowed to drop on the floor so it's normally not really a bonus at all.

The idea is to drop 15 items faster than the bonus rolls start to eat up your natural rolls so that the bonus rolls are "free"
